Addressing Transportation to Reduce No-Shows
Client was a digital health startup that came from a large integrated delivery network located in the Midwest. The company had developed a MVP SaaS product to automate transportation for medical appointments in partnership with a national brand name ride share service. LaunchMed Advisors co-developed and executed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the company. Core elements included determination of hospital targets, sales cycle, collateral, strategic partnerships and marketing automation. We helped this client secure a number of pilots in the region and landed their first paid contract with a hospital on the East Coast.

Emergency Department Diversion
Client was a startup that had recently been acquired by a health plan based in the Midwest. The company provided mobile care to patients in a community-based setting to reduce dependence on local emergency departments. LaunchMed Advisors collaborated with the executive team to align departments during a strategic pivot allowing the company to transition from fee-for-service to a value-based care model. We developed a sales pipeline of more than 5,000 hospital and health system targets and implemented a proven sales methodology to focus the growth team which resulted in a risk-based contract with a health plan.

Projected Outcome Simulator
Client was a startup that had licensed a SaaS product from an integrated delivery network located in the Midwest. Product leveraged thousands of diabetic patient encounters to build a platform that projected patient outcomes based on treatment decisions. LaunchMed Advisors co-developed their business plan and provided fractional leadership to accelerate partner acquisition. We delivered 5 new distribution agreements which expanded the reach of the company to more than 5.3 million healthcare providers nationwide.
